Mercedes E Klasse - Mercedes E Class


The Mercedes-Benz E-Class is a range of executive cars manufactured by Mercedes-Benz in various engine and body configurations. The E initially stood for Einspritzmotor (German for fuel injection engine); a new feature in volume production vehicles at the time that the E-Class first appeared, with the E as a suffix to the engine nomenclature (e.g. 230E) in the 1950s. It was not until the launch of the facelifted W124 that the E was used as a prefix (i.e., E220) and the model referred to officially as the E-Class (or E-Klasse).

Messerschmitt


During the war Messerschmitt became a major design supplier, their Bf 109 and Bf 110 forming the vast majority of fighter strength for the first half of the war. Several other designs were also ordered, including the enormous Me 321 Gigant transport glider, and its six-engined follow on, the Me 323. However for the second half of the war, Messerschmitt turned almost entirely to jet-powered designs, producing the world's first operational jet fighter, the Me 262 Schwalbe ("Swallow").

They also produced the DFS-designed Me 163 Komet, the first rocket-powered design to enter service. Messerschmitt relied heavily on slave labor to produce much of the parts needed for these planes during the second half of World War II; these parts were assembled in an enormous underground tunnel system in Sankt Georgen an der Gusen, Austria. Slave labor was provided by inmates of the brutal KZ Gusen I and Gusen II camps, and by inmates from nearby Mauthausen concentration camp, all located near the St. Gorgen quarries. 40,000 inmates from Spain, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, France, Russia, Hungarian Jews and twenty other nationalities were murdered during the production of these planes at KZ Gusen. Messerschmitt officials maintained barracks at the concentration camp to oversee the work being done by the inmates.

Messerschmitt, and its executive Willy Messerschmitt also occupied the famed Villa Tugendhat in Brno, Czech Republic, designed by Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich in the 1920s; the Messerschmidt aircraft factory office and the Gestapo occupied the property during the war. Messerschmitt had its share of poor designs as well; the Me 210, designed as a follow-on to the 110, was a disaster that almost led to the forced dissolution of the company. The design problems were eventually addressed in the Me 410 Hornisse, but only small numbers were built before all attention turned to the 262. Late in the war, Messerschmitt also worked on a heavy Amerikabomber design, the Me 264, which flew in prototype form but was too late to see combat.


The Messerschmitt Bf 109, often called Me 109, was a German World War II fighter aircraft designed by Willy Messerschmitt and Robert Lusser during the early to mid-1930s. It was one of the first truly modern fighters of the era, including such features as all-metal monocoque construction, a closed canopy, a retractable landing gear, and was powered by a liquid-cooled, inverted-V12 aero engine.

Focke-Wulf Fw 190

The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 Würger (Shrike) was a German single-seat, single-engine fighter aircraft designed by Kurt Tank in the late 1930s and widely used during World War II. Powered by a radial engine, the 190 had ample power and was able to lift larger loads than its well-known counterpart, the Messerschmitt Bf 109.


The 190 was used by the Luftwaffe in a wide variety of roles, including day fighter, fighter-bomber, ground-attack aircraft and, to a lesser degree, night fighter. When the Fw 190 started flying operationally over France in August 1941, it quickly proved itself to be superior in all but turn radius to the Royal Air Force's main front-line fighter, the Spitfire Mk. V.[1]

 The 190 wrested air superiority away from the RAF until the introduction of the vastly improved Spitfire Mk. IX in July 1942 restored qualitative parity.[2] The Fw 190 made its air combat debut on the Eastern Front in November/December 1942; though Soviet pilots considered the Bf 109 the greater threat, the Fw 190 made a significant impact. The fighter and its pilots proved just as capable as the Bf 109 in aerial combat, and in the opinion of German pilots who flew both, provided increased firepower and manoeuvrability at low to medium altitude.

The Fw 190 became the backbone of the Jagdwaffe (Fighter Force), along with the Bf 109. On the Eastern Front, the Fw 190 was versatile enough to use in Schlachtgeschwader (Battle Wings or Strike Wings), specialised ground attack units which achieved much success against Soviet ground forces.

As an interceptor, the Fw 190 underwent improvements to make it effective at high altitude, enabling it to maintain relative parity with its Allied opponents. The Fw 190A series' performance decreased at high altitudes (usually 6,000 m (20,000 ft) and above), which reduced its effectiveness as a high-altitude interceptor, but this problem was mostly rectified in later models, particularly in the Junkers Jumo 213 inline-engine Focke-Wulf Fw 190D series, which was introduced in September 1944. In spite of its successes, it never entirely replaced the Bf 109.

The Fw 190 was well liked by its pilots. Some of the Luftwaffe's most successful fighter aces claimed a great many of their kills while flying it, including Otto Kittel, Walter Nowotny and Erich Rudorffer.

The Vril Discs Series 1-11 (1941-1945)

The Vril motto “Not all good comes from above” summarizes the entire history of the Vril Gesellschaft (Society) from its inception to the final days of WW2 when this occult group seemed to vanish right off the face of the earth. The name Vril is the shortening of “VRI-IL” which means “Like God”. Officially Vril was “The All German Society for Metaphysics” which merged with the Thule Gesellschaft and the obscure DHvSS (Men of the Black Stone) in the year 1919.

Each occult group had its own distinct beliefs and origins. Thule Gesellschaft Symbolism The DHvSS (1912) worshipped the German mountain goddess Isias and the Schwarz Stein (black stone). The Thule Gesellschaft (1917) believed in the hollow earth theory and derived its name from Ultima Thule the ancient capital of Hyperborea at the top of the world. Vril worshipped the Black Sun (the invisible inner light of the Godhead) which supposedly gave or generated incredible power and communicated with Aryan aliens living in the Aldebaran system through psychic channeling.

VRIL-Jäger 7

Es existierten zu dieser Zeit schon Pläne für das VRIL-7-Großraumschiff mit einem Durchmesser von 120 m, sollte ganze Mannschaften transportieren. Mindestens ein VRIL-7 und ein VRIL-7-Großraumschiff mit dem Namen »ODIN«, das im April 1945 mit einem Teil der Vril-Wissenschaftler und Vril-Logenmitgliedern von Brandenburg aus - nach der Sprengung des gesamten Testgeländes - nach Aldebaran gestartet sein soll. Weiterhin gibt es Unterlagen, daß das VRIL-7-GROSSRAUMSCHIFF nach seiner Fertigstellung Ende 1944 und einigen Flugtests bereits zu ersten, noch auf die Erde beschränkten Geheimeinsätzen gestartet sein soll:
1. Landung beim Mondsee im Salzkammergut, mit Tauchversuchen zur Feststellung der Druckfestigkeit der Flugzelle,
2. vermutlich von März bis April 1945 erfolgte aus Sicherheits- und Strategiegründen die Stationierung der Vril-7 in der »Alpenfestung«, wonach von hier aus Spanien aus angeflogen wurde, um hierher geflüchtete wichtige reichsdeutsche Persönlichkeiten nach Südamerika
und »NEUSCHWABENLAND«  in hier während des Krieges angelegte geheime reichsdeutsche Stützpunkte zu überfliegen und sicher abzusetzen,
3. unmittelbar danach soll die Vril-7 auf einen Geheimflug nach Japan gestartet sein, über den jedoch weiter nichts bekannt geworden ist.

VRIL-Jäger 1

Nach dem Erfolg des kleinen RFZ 2 als Fernaufklärer bekam die Vril-Gesellschaft ein eigenes Versuchsgelände in Brandenburg. Ende 1942 flog die leicht bewaffnete Flugscheibe »VRIL-1-Jäger«. Es war 11,5m im Durchmesser, ein Einsitzer, hatte einen »Schumann-Levitator-Antrieb« und eine »Magnetfeld-Impulsor-Steuerung«.

Es erreichte Geschwindigkeiten von 2,900 bis zu 12,000 km/h, konnte bei voller Geschwindigkeit Flugänderungen im rechten Winkel durchführen, ohne daß die Piloten davon beeinträchtigt waren, war wetterunabhängig und hatte eine Weltallfähigkeit von 100%. Von Vril 1 wurden 17 Stück gebaut und es gab auch mehrere zweisitzige, mit einer Glaskuppel ausgestattete Varianten.
